Ardor Capital Partners (ACP) is an investment management firm specializing in residential real estate. ACP was founded Sean M. Mills and Eric J. Christopher; who are both degreed accountants. In addition, Mills and Christopher have worked as commercial real estate as licensed brokers. About Sean M. Mills
Sean Mills has been a dedicated commercial real estate broker for over 11 years. Driven by his desire to succeed, Mills branched out on his own. In March 2008 he stated Spectrum Commercial Real Estate Investment Services, Inc.
Mills started to purchase and manage commercial real estate very early in his career. During that time he developed and maintained significant relationships with top commercial brokers. In fall 2000 Mills started to work for those same brokers as their personal assistant/transaction coordinator. He became a student of the business. By 2003 Mills took and passed his agent/brokers exam. Mills was named top broker two years in a row.
A graduate of Long Beach State University, Mills earned multiple degrees in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing. Upon graduation, Mills began his accounting and finance career where he remained for the next six years. Among his many achievements he was a senior financial analyst for a major transportation company.
About Eric J. Christopher
Eric Christopher served four years active duty in the US Navy aboard the USS Shasta (AE-33). Within two weeks of high school graduation, Eric Christopher was in US Navy boot camp and served on active duty for four years aboard the USS Shasta (AE-33). Following an honorable discharge, Christopher began college while learning the ropes about business at his father’s commercial insurance agency. He graduated from California University Long Beach with a degree in accounting
Construction development and real estate have always been of high interest to Christopher. Following college graduation, he completed a number of courses at University of California, Irvine focused on Real Estate Development and Construction Management. As a senior-level accountant, Christopher has done numerous accounting and financial analyst projects for companies such as Trammell Crow, Warmington Land Company, The Abbey Company, Habitat for Humanity and Premier Business Centers. Christopher has also served as controller for two upstart contracting firms
Using strong financial analysis skills paired with other successes in sales and marketing, Christopher leveraged his knowledge into a successful career as a commercial real estate broker. Christopher has a natural skill set and a passion to help investors achieve their goals through real estate syndication.
